If the radial load on the output bearing is large, the reinforced type should also be selected. Before operation, the reducer should be prepared for operation. Remove the vent hole screw plug of the oil sump and replace it with a vent plug, open the screw of the oil level plug to check the height of the oil pipe, add lubricating oil over the oil level plug until the hole overflows, then screw on the oil level plug to make sure that there is no error, and then start the test run.

Reducer: all many optional types of couplings, but do not use rigid fixed couplings, because this type of coupling is difficult to install. If not installed properly, the load will increase and this can easily lead to bearing damage or even output shaft breakage. When installing the reducer, special attention should be paid to the drive shaft in the middle, the error in the middle should not exceed the amount of compensation for the coupling of the reducer, the reducer according to the requirements for the middle, you can get a good transmission effect and a longer service life.

Reducer: Fixed reducer is very important. In order to ensure stability and firmness, generally speaking, we should install the reducer on a horizontal foundation or base, at the same time, the oil in the oil drain tank should be able to discharge, cooling air should be able to circulate smoothly.
