Before installing the gearbox, make sure that you have read the product manual carefully and followed the installation instructions therein. Ensure that the gearbox is mounted on a smooth, solid foundation to avoid vibration and instability. Use appropriate fasteners and mounting methods according to the type and specifications of the gearhead.
Perform the necessary commissioning steps before starting the gearhead to ensure that all components are functioning properly. Check that the gearhead is adequately lubricated with oil or grease and replenish as necessary. Verify that the input and output shafts of the gearhead are properly connected to the driving and driven equipment. Gradually increase the load during trial operation and avoid sudden application of excessive loads. Monitor the operating conditions of the gearhead, including temperature, noise and vibration.
Regularly check the lubricating oil or grease of the gearbox to ensure that it is clean and in sufficient quantity. Regularly check the gearhead's fasteners to make sure they are secure and not loose. If you notice abnormal noise, vibration or increased temperature, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
