JZQ type reducer is a kind of deceleration equipment widely used in lifting, transportation, mining machinery and other kinds of machinery. Its structure is two-stage, three-axis cylindrical helical tooth horizontal split full seal type, lubricating oil is contained in the internal reducer, the main shaft and the intermediate shaft are equipped with an oil plate, the pivot point of each shaft uses rolling bearings, and the axial clearance can be adjusted through the internal adjusting ring. The gears and shafts of the reducer are made of high quality carbon steel and are tempered, while the gears are made of high quality casting steel and are normalized.
