ZLYJ(ZSYJ) Hard tooth surface reducer(Equipped with cooler and oil filter)

This product is a specialized gear transmission device designed for plastic and rubber single screw extruder equipment. Gear parts are made of high-strength alloy steel, and the gears are processed through carburizing,quenching, and high-precision grinding processes. The gear accuracy level is level 6 (GB10095), and the tooth surface hardness is HRC58~62. At the front end of the hollow output shaft, there is a large-sized thrust bearing that can withstand the axial thrust generated by the screw during operation.

The whole machine has the advantages of compact design structure, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise,and high efficiency.

Scope of application:

The input shaft speed of the reducer shall notexceed 1500 revolutions per minute.

Attention: When the input shaft of the reducer is connected to the prime mover (electric motor, internal combustion engine, etc.)through pulleys (gears,sprockets, etc.) for transmission, it will cause changes in the input shaft speed and torque of the reducer, and generate additional radial loads, which usually lead to changes in the selection or requirements of the reducer.

The working environment temperature is -40℃~50℃. When working at lower temperatures, if necessary, preheat the lubricating oil before starting or use low-temperature lubricating oil.

The reducer can be used for operation in bothforward and reverse directions.

Attention: When the input shaft of the reducer is equipped with a shaft end lubrication pump for forced lubrication, the default rotation direction is clockwise facing the output shaft direction(thrust pack connection end)(i.e. configured as a right-handed screw). lf there are different requirements, they should be specified when ordering.
