After precision machining to ensure shaft parallelism and positioning bearing requirements, the reducer that constitutes the helical gear transmission assembly is equipped with various types of motors, which are combined into mechatronics to completely ensure the quality characteristics of the gear motor products.

Performance characteristics：

1. Small bias output, compact structure, maximum limit use of box space, two-stage and three-stage in the same box.

2. The integral casting box body is adopted. The structural stiffness of the box body is good, and it is easy to improve the strength of the shaft and the bearing life.

3. Installation method: the foot device and flange device have large and small flanges, which are easy to choose.

4. The output of the solid shaft, the uniform power is 96% of the second stage, 94% of the third stage, and 85% of the uniform power of the R/R combination.

5. The RM series specially planned for mixing can carry large axial and radial forces.
